Easy steps to book your desired activity .
1. Please select the activity (hotel, package tour, domestic flight, and
etc) as you desire , then click icon that show the booking form , fill
all the details required , when finished click CONTINUE , the confirmation
page will appear , recheck the details that have filled in , then click
either BACK for the adjustment or CONFIRM for email to reach us . (If
you do not like the suggested tour package, you could tailor made of your
own).
2. When your email is received , we will response to your request within
48 hours .
3. When you receive our email , there will be a code reference (Hot…..
or sig……. or pac….)depends on which activity you select attached near
your email address . The code reference represents the itinerary details
that you booked. We reply according to it and might make some appropriate
adjustment . After you have received our reply, please let us know your
decision within 48 hours. As during peak seasons (see useful informatiion
) the booking of hotel and air ticket are quite tight , moreover hotels
are rushing for final confirmation and even the deposits . So we want
to be well-prepared for such circumstances .
4. Take that code reference , go into our website (http://www.gosiam.com)
, then click MAKE PAYMENT , you will see the blank box and fill in your
code reference , your itinerary will appear. For any adjustment, go to
MAKE CHANGES , if everything is settled , click CONFIRM , then the SECURED
PAYMENT FORM (please see terms and conditions) will appear .
5. Fill in the required information in the secured payment form, when
finish click CONFIRM, the email will reach us . When we receive the payment
, we will acknowledge you once again .
6. For the next booking , click your desired
activity and the procedure carries on the same .
7. Finally , please print out a hard copy of the confirmation email sent
by us with the code reference and itinerary and bring along when you travel
.
Remarks :
Should you make the total change from the initial booking , we advise
you to rebook .
